1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using A Legit Leader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this website.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user of A Legit Leader, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on A Legit Leader, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of A Legit Leader and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written consent.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how I collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
5. Coaching Sessions, Cancellations, and Refunds
I want the terms of working together to be clear before you pay for anything, and fair to you when life happens.
Payment. A single coaching session is paid when you book it. Session bundles and the monthly retainer are paid in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Rescheduling and cancelling. You can reschedule or cancel any session for free up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email or your members area.
- Single session ($300): cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. If something comes up later than that, you can reschedule once at no charge instead of cancelling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, aren’t refunded.
- Bundles and the retainer: cancel at least 24 hours ahead and the session goes back into your account. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, counts as used.
- Emergencies: illness, family emergencies, and other real surprises happen. Tell me, and I’ll make an exception.
- If I ever need to cancel or move a session, you never lose it: you’ll get the session back (or a full refund for a single session), whatever the timing.
Session bundles. Bundle sessions are valid for 3 months from purchase. If something gets in the way of using them in time, ask me and I’ll extend them. You can ask for a refund of unused bundle sessions at any time while they’re valid; they’re refunded at the bundle’s per-session price ($240 for both the 3-Session Bundle and the 5-Session Intensive).
Not the right fit? If after the first session of a bundle you feel that coaching with me isn’t right for you, tell me within 7 days and I’ll refund the full price of the bundle, including that first session.
Monthly retainer. You can cancel anytime from your members area. Your retainer stays active through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and then it stops; there are no refunds for partial months. Each paid month includes up to five sessions, and unused sessions don’t carry over to the next month.
Initial Meeting. The introductory call is free. If you can’t make it, please cancel or reschedule so someone else can have the time.
How refunds work. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe usually completes them within 5–10 business days. To ask for a refund or an exception, email alegitleader@gmail.com.
6. Termination of Access
A Legit Leader reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, without notice, for conduct that I believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of A Legit Leader after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
